A copy of Graduation certificates or Diplomas
certificates or other certificates (up to 3)
EMPLOYMENT
Any proof of current work as the record of your
employment
(A copy of your business card, business permit,
Income Tax report, Copy of pay stub, Professional certificates/licenses)
PICTURES
3 high quality and up-to-date pictures
MEMBERSHIP FEE
Pay membership Fee via Check, Debit,
Direct deposit, Venmo.
*Processing and Registration Fee: $300
